About the role

As a Junior Shipping Operator, you will be part of our dedicated logistics team in Boden, where you will help ensure that deliveries are handled, stored, and transported correctly. By working with specialized equipment, you play a crucial role in keeping our logistics flows efficient and safe. This is an opportunity for you to combine technical knowledge with physical and practical work – while contributing to the production of the world’s most sustainable steel.

Your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading materials according to applicable safety procedures
• Ensuring correct storage and delivery through scanning and labeling
• Maintaining order and safety in the warehouse environment
• Reporting and managing deviations in production

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driver's license B (EU)
• Completed secondary education
• Good knowledge of English; basic knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• A structured, self-driven work style and good teamwork skills
• Forklift license and/or previous machinery experience is an advantage

Our facility in Boden is located in a growing green industrial cluster in northern Sweden. This is where we are building one of the world’s most modern and sustainable steel plants. About Stegra

Stegra aims to transform the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron, and steel – with the goal of eliminating carbon dioxide emissions. Instead of coal, we use green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, which means our primary emissions become water and heat.
